Return Policy

Return Window

• Standard Returns: 30 days from delivery date
• Holiday Returns: Items purchased November 1 - December 31 can be returned until January 31
• Defective Items: 90 days for manufacturer defects

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• All tags must be attached
• Helmets must not have been worn (for safety reasons)
• Original receipt or order confirmation required

Free Returns

We offer FREE return shipping on all domestic orders. Simply:

1. Contact us at returns@scvmoto.com or call (661) 123-4567
2. Receive your prepaid return shipping label via email
3. Pack items securely in original packaging
4. Drop off at any UPS location

Santa Clarita Valley customers can return items in person:

Refund Processing

• Refunds processed within 3-5 business days of receiving return
• Original payment method credited
• You'll receive email confirmation when refund is processed

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges! Contact us and we'll ship your new item as soon as your return is on its way back.

Non-Returnable Items

• Helmets that have been worn or show signs of use (safety requirement)

• Items marked as final sale
